By using PupQuest, you agree to the following terms:
PupQuest is intended for personal, non-commercial use.
You agree not to misuse the app, impersonate others, or upload false dog profiles.
Shop owners are responsible for the accuracy of the dog information they provide.
PupQuest is not liable for any interactions between users, shops, or dogs facilitated by the app.
Subscriptions are non-transferable. Canceling your subscription will stop future charges but does not refund past payments.
Eligibility: You must be at least 13 years old to use PupQuest.
Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or remove user access if we determine our terms have been violated.
Limitation of Liability: PupQuest and its creators are not liable for any direct or indirect damages that arise from using the app, including but not limited to physical visits, shop experiences, or user-generated content.
These terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of PupQuest after changes indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
